February 1, 2009 February 21, 2009– Acceptance notifications for all papers and panel sessions; tutorials, workshop papers.

February 15, 2009  February 28, 2009– Submission deadline for posters and system demonstrations

March 1, 2009 March 7, 2009 – Acceptance notification for posters, system demonstrations, and BOF sessions.

March 15, 2009 – All camera ready versions are due.

April 15, 2009 – Early Registration is due.

May 17, 2009 – Conference begins.
